The journey from being the victim to the Victor is a long and sometimes slow one, nevertheless, it is a fulfilling one.  START TODAY.  Tell yourself who you are in Christ. " head and not tail, above and never beneath, a city set on a hill that can never be hidden
, the Apple of God's eye, accepted in the beloved, complete in Christ...  We are created to reflect his glory. God's agenda is to do whatever is necessary to conform us to his image. Let us not become so polarized and consumed by the challenges in our lives, that we fail to recognize and embrace his purposes and processes in our lives. Too many of us have become so obsessed with finding a way out of a problem, that we only succeed in making it get out of proportion, whilst we get weaker in spirit, soul and body.
Suffering will not last forever, don't jump the boat before it brings you to the shore.  So Darling, when your eyes fill with tears again, lift them up to the  Lord and give thanks, knowing that it won't be long. When your hands hang limply at your sides, busy them with the Lord's work. When your voice seems lost, lift it up in praise. When you do not know which way to turn, turn to the one who is the comforter. Who alone can NEVER fail.
